About‘A missing kind of orange’ is a curated exhibition on fictional and orange ways of missing. It is a research in relation to the color orange as a melancholic feeling and a sense of missing, a visual ode to loss and non-existing memories. The exhibition is not about the color of a sunrise, autumn or sugar. It is rather the color of amber, earth, blood and dusk, an orange shade that describes both color and feeling: the orange of a summer slipping away, memories of old friends, sundays, things repeating themselves.
